Your programming job : your current job and your future ones

It's always a big problem to decide working environment.  I seldom feel life should be job-based.  I always think life should more like project-based.  If you feel you like to do something - you move on to do them.

Of course, it is not uncommon to have situation where you don't like your current project.  Then you would like to move on.   It's a very reasonable way to think about it.   Though it's important to understand, by itself, resignation could be a tough undertaking - It is a delicate situation, you certainly didn't like a certain place for a reason.   Though those are not moments to trash other people because you know that you might be working with the same sets of people all the time.   It's also moment which open to issues such as counteroffers.

In short, always try to be professional on every task you do - For example, take resignation as a task.  How would you take this task seriously and do a good job on it?  When I consider situations I need to leave a place, I will replace all my emotions on the job by this set of cool, objective questions.
